Beanie MacDonald has been teaching for many years now, both locally in East Sussex and Kent, and on retreats further afield.

Her venues are easily accessible via the A21, and her students come from places such as Tunbridge Wells, Burwash, Wadhurst, Sevenoaks and beyond to engage in a journey of personal development with a friendly community of like-minded people.

The MBSR 8 week course, taught by Bangor University-accredited teacher Beanie Macdonald, is the most recognised and established mindfulness course, taught all over the world. The life skills learnt on this course are scientifically proven to help relieve stress, improve concentration, lift depression and manage anxiety; helping you discover more control and greater fulfilment.

YOGA

She is also a yoga teacher with many years experience in the locale, as her testimonials and busy classes and regular students can attest to. Her love for yoga has continued to grow and evolve, and she is constantly rewarded by the many benefits that yoga brings to its students.

Beanie’s yoga classes have been running for 15 years, and are Mondays and Wednesdays, mornings and evenings.
